Please book and pay at least 24 hours before the class. These classes are in English and Norwegian, depending on the students.

Vinyasa Flow is great for you who love cycling, running, hiking, paddling, skiing or do other types of activity. By becoming more mobile and flexible, you will improve your technique and gain greater benefits from the rest of the exercise you do. We flow from one yoga pose to the next synchronised with the breath, which gives a strong body where the mind stays calm and focused.
Yin meets Yang

Yin-Yang blends two styles of yoga into one practice, bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.Suitable for those seeking relaxation through yoga after a long and active day by the fjord, rivers or in the mountains.
Challenge your balance under the open sky surrounded by the beautiful nature of Voss. We will swap our yoga mats for big, stable paddle boards and bring our practice outside on the stunning
Don’t worry about drifting away, your Yoga board will have an anchor and we will practice on still, calm water. Our yoga teacher gives a variety of every yoga pose, so that everyone can push themselves to where they feel comfortable. If you should be so lucky to fall in, we are only a few metres from the dock at Voss Flow.
