SUP YOGA​

​The class consist of Vinyasa Yoga sequences on SUP-Yoga boards that flow into breathing techniques, balance postures, lenghtening and strengthening poses, and even a little playtime in the end of the lesson.
​
Our big, stable yoga boards have anchors and we will be practicing on still, calm water close to the Dock at Voss Flow. Ylva will give a varietie of every yoga pose, so that everyone can push themselves to where they feel comfortable and safe.
​
It's always a possibility to fall in the water, and that's all part of the fun! But keep in mind that we do have wetsuits for you to borrow if you feel like wearing one. If you should be so lucky to fall in, we are only a few metres from the dock at Voss Flow.

It's important to us that you feel safe with your SUP Yoga board before we head out on the water, so that you will have an unforgettable yoga experience with us. We spend the first 15 minutes of the class on land, where we go through different poses and the most important principles of SUP Yoga.
Duration:
The class is 90 minutes and includes all equitment.
(Life jacket, wetsuit, paddle, SUP board, and anchor).
What you need:
Regular yoga clothes. There is a chance of falling into the water, so bring along a dry change of clothes.
(Wetsuits are included in the price of class if needed)​

SLOW YOGA & CRYSTAL SOUNDHEALING
​
We will be practicing a gentle and grounding 60 minute Yin & Yang Yoga lesson supported by blocks and bolsters, followed by 30 minutes of beautiful sounds of Crystal Bowls.
​
The Crystal Sound Bath harnesses reverberating sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls of all shapes and sizes, to lull you into a peaceful and mindful state of being. Enjoy being completely and entirely immersed in waves of echoing sounds that are intended to wash away negative, stressfull thoughts and feelings to welcome in new beginnings.

Duration:
The class is 90 minutes and include all equitment.
(Yoga mat, bolster, block, strap and blanket).
Requirements for participants:

VINYASA FLOW
​
We flow from one yoga pose to the next synchronised with the breath, which gives a strong body where the mind stays calm and focused.
​
Vinyasa Flow is great for you who love cycling, running, hiking, paddling, skiing or do other types of activity. By becoming more mobile and flexible, you will improve your technique and gain greater benefits from the rest of the exercise you do.
​
Duration:
-The class is 60 minutes and includes yoga mat and blocks.

SUP YOGA & CRYSTAL SOUNDHEALING

Enjoy a magical Soundbath by Blanka after a gentle flow on the water, completely surrounded by nature.
​
Sound healing is like flowing water. Given that we are made up of 65% water, we can expect musical frequencies to alter our vibrational state. Whether you are looking for an alternative method of healing, or are simply looking for a new way to relax, recuperate, and rejuvenate your mind, sound healing on the water is sure to help you find your way.
​
